My Services

  • Non Anesthetic Dental

With a towel, breaks, treats, a ton of hugs, kisses & some peaceful music I use hand tools or an ultrasonic scaler to clean their teeth just like your dentist would use on you. I go tooth by tooth scaling each one to remove as much tartar as possible.

  • Bath

First your non anesthetic dental is performed as it can be quite messy and smelly depending on how bad the teeth are. Last and least stressful a relaxing bath with organic soaps and essential oils to soothe the tension and ease the mind. Usually sending your Furr Baby right to sleep.

  • Anal Glands

While anal gland disorders are more common in small breeds. Things like obesity, age, diet, and exercise can also affect anal gland function for dogs of all sizes. Even when everything is right, the anal glands can get clogged or the animal might simply produce too much fluid. Most pets will bite, scoot, twirl on their behinds, or otherwise demonstrate dissatisfaction with the area. Some will simply be stinky in a gross, fishy sort of way. In this case expressing the anal glands of the material build up will be in order. Allergies are a common underlying cause for this inflammation and its resulting itch.

  • Ear Cleaning / Ear Plucking

Depending on the breed of your Furr Baby some will need a little more care than others when it comes to their ears. Cleaning and drying your dog's ears should be done after plucking, bathing, a rainy day or swimming. Your dog should get more frequent ear cleanings if they have a history of ear problems due to genetics or have food/ environmental allergies that makes them more prone to get infections. Ear plucking is beneficial for pets who are prone to getting hair impacted in the ear canal due to breed. When hair gets impacted in the ear canal, water has a higher chance to getting trapped deep in the canal and leaving your pet more susceptible to getting an infection.

  • Sanitary Clip

Sanitary clips are beneficial for your long-haired cats and dogs. When your pet has long hair they are prone to urine and feces getting stuck between the hairs. Causing a nasty smell, skin infections, itchiness, scooting throughout your house, etc. Your pet usually will feel uncomfortable due to these circumstances and will feel much better after an inguinal clip. Making them less smelly and also less prone to getting a skin infection as a result of their long coat.

  • Full Body Massage

With different essential oils a full body massage is great for your pet’s hair, skin, and health. Yes it is great for relaxing but it can be so much more than just that. Some oils can be used to heal itchy skin and others can be used for dry fur. What ever may be your pets condition a full body massage with different oils for different needs can definitely be a benefit to your Furr Baby.

I understand how difficult it may be to travel and have to leave your pet home alone or the fear of not having someone experienced enough to tend to your pets’ special needs while you are away. Many pet owners might delay or completely forego travel plans for fear that their pet will not receive the medication he or she needs to maintain wellness or become well. Now with confidence you may travel knowing your pet is in safe hands.

  • Full Body Shave

A full shave down is great for the summer keeps them nice and cool and also great for pets suffering from skin infections, allergies, hot spots, or even flees. (Lion’s Cut)

  • Paw Pad Trim

Paw pad trim helps reduce itchy paws, helps reduce sliding for pets with arthritis/ recovering from an orthopedic surgery, decrease dirt/ dust intake, and helps pets grip to the ground better.

  • De Matting

The de-matting process involves taking small sections of hair at a time and working to release the mats utilizing de-matting tools and products and then brushing. If the matting on your pet is severe, the safest and most humane way to remove the mats would be to clip them off or do a full body shave at that point

    .

  • De Shedding

A routine de-shedding service makes your life less hairy. Pet coats are less likely to have matting or debris which can harbor skin irritations, insects or parasites. de-shedding helps keep the skin clean, promotes healthy fur regrowth and regulates body temperature.

  • Nails

Nails being trimmed are essential to your pet’s orthopedic health. I clip nails as short as possible without breaking the quick. Nails trims are best where their nails are slightly off the ground because it makes it better for their posture and their joints. Keeping nails short help aid in preventing the inevitable arthritis from happening sooner.
